Obituary of Edward H. Bruck

Edward H. Bruck, 86, formerly of Hurley, died at Ivy Lodge for Assisted Living in Saugerties on July 18, 2024. Born on September 10, 1937, he was the middle son of the late Edward N. and Elizabeth (Coughlin) Bruck. Ed was a graduate of Kingston High School, class of 1956. He was a veteran of the US Air Force. Ed was employed alongside his father at The Mohican Market before starting his career with IBM in Kingston where he was a member of The Quarter Century Club. He was a parishioner of St. Joseph’s Church in Kingston. Ed is survived by his three daughters; Terri Voigtlaender (James), Pamela Augustine, Beth Nowik (Adam), seven grandchildren; Kaylee Augustine, Kara Wiebke, Kyle Augustine, Scott Holmes, Meaghan Jensen, Leah Hall and Rory Nowik and ten great grandchildren. He is also survived by his brothers; Ronald Bruck (Janis) and Thomas Bruck. Cousins,,nieces and a nephew also survive. In addition to his parents, Ed is predeceased by his wives, Anita (Senor) and MaryAnn (DeBernardo) and his beloved dog Patches. A Mass of Christian Burial will be sung at 12:00 noon on Wednesday at St. Joseph’s Church with interment in St. Mary’s Cemetery at a later date.
